Pumpkin Brownies
1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder 3/4 teaspoon Salt 3/4 cup Butter, melted 2 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract 4 Eggs 3/4 cup Cocoa 3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree 1 1/2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon- 1¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ¾ cup Butter, melted
- 2¼ cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 Eggs
- ¾ cup Cocoa
- ¾ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Take off the heat and let the butter cool for 10 minutes then add in the sugar and vanilla.
- Then beat in the eggs one at a time with a wooden spoon. Add the butter/sugar mixture to your flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Divide the butter into 2 separate bowls. In one bowl add the cocoa powder and chocolate chips and stir to combine. In another bowl mix in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
- Spread ½ of the chocolate batter into your prepared baking dish. Pour all of the pumpkin batter on top. In dollops put the rest of chocolate batter on top and spread around. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Eat warm with whipped cream or ice cream, but eat it warm!
