Now we’re PROFESH

April 11, 2014 by Bethany Sy

We’ve been using this picture as our ‘blog bio’ photo for several years.

S&E

It’s cute and all, but it’s a selfie we took of ourselves about 10 minutes after we found out we were pregnant. It was 5 in the morning, and we were stupid-happy in this pic. And we love it. But it’s not professional. Also my hair is doing a weird mushroom thing, and Nick looks like he’s a tween.

And recently, we’ve had some exciting things happening in the blogging world… and we decided it was time for some professional pictures of the two of us.

Obviously we went to Molly Long. Some things in life are a no-brainer.

Nick and I are both pretty awkward people in real life, and Molly has a way of making us look inexplicably fabulous.

She even makes it look like we LIKE each other!

JK

We totally like each other… after at least two cups of coffee.

Love the new pics. I look forward to your posts and check you out every morning.
Oh, just wanted to say that the tab ‘names’ at the top of the page are wayyyyyyy up in the wood header. I can barely see them. Are they suppose to be in the white tabs? I am on a chrome book so I use chrome as a browser.

Pam, is that tab always in the header for you? And it’s just one tab and not all of them? Would you be able to take a screen shot and send it to me next time? I’d be so grateful!

I just want to say that I LOVE your blog. I look forward to reading it everyday! I just recently “discovered” you and I was hooked from the start. I read and read and read the first night. I laughed. I cried. I felt connected to you. Thank you for all that you do and share. Thanks for touching my heart and inspiring even more projects to be flying around in my head! I’m always planning, creating or changing something and with all of these new ideas I can hardly sleep!!

Thanks Mary! If you’re speaking of my hair… it is KINDA a new color. About a month ago I decided to go brunette for a change, but it’s kinda turned a reddish color since then. My natural color is blonde. 🙂
