Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Hey! It Meghan from Cupcakes with Sprinkles and I have a sweet little treat to share with you today. These Funfetti (confetti) Cake Mix Cookies are super fun and could be customized for any holiday party or occasion by using a white cake mix changing the sprinkles.

I picked these cute springy sprinkles and Easter-y pastel M&M’s. These cake mix cookies are so soft and sweet, and the best part is they come together super fast so they are perfect for a quick treat. Lets grab our ingredients and make some yummy cookies!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the dry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs and mix together with a spoon. Add the sprinkles and stir to combine…

Roll into 1″ balls and place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Spray the bottom of a glass with cooking spray and smash each ball so it is 1/4″ thick. Press 3 M&M’s on top of each cookie…

Bake for 6-8 minutes. Do not over bake or they will be hard.

  • 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the dry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs and mix together with a spoon.
  2. Add the sprinkles and stir to combine.

    These look so festive with pastel m&m’s, and with the many colors they use at different times of the year, this recipe can be used over and over! I think my little helpers are going to love making these. thank you for sharing.
