The girls have been… well, NEEDY this week. Fussy little crabsters. I want to be extra loving and snugly if they’re teething or not feeling well. But I don’t know if it’s that, or they’re just plain crabby. So I try to maintain a happy medium between catering to their every cry and letting them cry it out from time to time. Nick took a vacation day today, for the heck of it. And about an hour ago, he exclaimed “HOW DO YOU DO THIS EVERYDAY”! That’s about the best complement I could get… I think.
What are you doing this weekend? Let’s talk.

I found my babies always get crabby just before they cross a milestone like sitting up, crawling, walking. Know that something big is going to happen.

It seriously looks like the chair shrunk!

I have followed you for quite awhile…..when you were trying to get pregnant! You are such a beautiful person with 2 beautiful babies. So talented and creative. I just love seeing the pics of the babies and reading about your trials and triumps. I am a 49 year old mother of two grown children about your age with 4 grandchildren. Two from each child. One of my grandsons just turned 3 and I finished making his superhero cape with mask last night for his Bday bash tomorrow. Grandpa and I will be babysitting our youngest grandchild tonite…shes 4 months old. So our weekend will be filled with little munchkins. We live in a small town just South of Des Moines Iowa. I feel like your one of my kids….and will continue to check in and see what your up to 🙂 Keep up the good work Honey Love you! Shiela

Oh, that’s great for Daddy to see what your day is like..otherwise he might think you sit eating bon bons all day!:P
We’re taking our firstborn, nearly TEN years old(!!!), to get her ears pierced for her big double digit birthday. I’m sure you get sick of hearing this, but they grow up so fast! How does that go: the days go by slow, but the years go by fast–so true! Your girls are so cute!

hahaha whenever I leave my husband with our 13-month old twins, even if it’s for a couple hours, he texts me to “ask how I’m doing” which is code for, OMG HELP COME HOME (he won’t admit it though) hahahaha
Even if I’m home doing things around the house while he looks after them, he always tells me that I’m such a trooper and he has no idea how I do it everyday.
Take the compliment whenever you can get it! Us multiple mommies don’t ever know what relaxing means or having time to ourselves (unless it’s in the potty or in the shower LOL)
Your girls are getting soo big and they are soo precious!

Oh my heavens they are so beautiful I just want to squish their cheeks! 🙂 I found your blog through a friend and I just wanted to tell you (in reference to your last post) that it seriously brightens my day when you update your blog – and especially with pics of the girls! I’m over here in Idaho and we probably won’t ever meet, but I think you’re amazing! Beth

your girls don’t look like they’re going to both going to fit together on that chair for too much longer. probably an optical illusion ;)… i understand you now when you once said you mourned their growing out of newborn size clothes… Asher has just about outgrown his 3 month clothes. babies grow up too fast… and yet not fast enough, at the same time!

My husband once said that it sure would be nice to stay home. So, the ex-middle school teacher in me pick up some hours at the pharmacy, went to work and gave my husband a list of normal things that I get done during the day. Hehe, I got home from work and asked where supper was. Let’s just say he’s never made that comment again. 🙂
My baby turns one today! Hard to believe! So, we are having some friends over tonight for supper, a little cake smashing and Just Dance. Tomorrow the grandpa’s and grandma’s are coming. A busy house this weekend. You’ll have to look for some cake smashing picture tomorrow on facebook. Enjoy your weekend.

It’s always nice to hear your work as a Momma is not gone without acknowledgement and recognition. 🙂 GO super-mom! My son has been extra fussy this week too, but he’s teething. He’s got two teeth and is getting two more. YAY me. So I’m trying to ride it out…but the whining, oh my GOSH! 🙂
Have a fun weekend. We’re spending the weekend just hanging out, watching the Pro-bowl…nothing much else. Yippee. Hope your weekend is more exciting! 🙂
