For awhile now, I’ve been regretting the name of my blog “The Life of a Country Girl.’ It started out being my journey as a newlywed, a new home owner, a new dog owner, etc… and I felt like I wanted to share all my new experiences. But it’s developed into a documentation of our lives, and only a small part of which is actual country living. It’s about US, not ME. So I’ve been thoughtfully considering changing the name to something that would convey that our website is about our lives… home improvements, sunsets, infertility, killing ground squirrels with a shovel, bonfires, crafting, marriage, kittens, our ridiculous demon dog, etc. You get the picture.

So I’m crying out for help… for ANY ideas you all might have to rename our blog. And not ‘Life of a Country Couple’ (CHEESY), and not ‘SyWassink Saga’ either. Those are the only parameters!

Suggestions! Please!

    yeah, that’s kind of what i was thinking with the word word design…it’s multi-faceted and has many meanings…i like Life by Design stacey…

    aren’t you using whimsy in your business name? You could somehow use that…. or I was thinking couple by design…. yes, you do design sutff together, but more like Design… as in by God. That might be on the cheezy side, or it might be genius…. there’s a fine line…. wish i could think of something with whimsy, but nothing yet.

    Since you tend to be the author of the blog. I think that life of a country girl is very fitting. All the topics you post about are all the kind Of activities a country girl would experience in life. My vote is not to change the name.

    i feel like something with the word design in it. because design is the theme of all aspects of your life, in your relationship, and literally with all the crafty things you do, and in the desire to design a life inside…so maybe “Design for Love” “family Design” “Design of life…”or something along those lines…is that cheesy?
