S’mores Magic Bars

S'more Magic Bars ...easy and yummy!

 

Its Meghan from Cupcakes with Sprinkles! Have you every made magic bars? They have lots of layers and they all melt together into one delicious magic bar. One of my favorite flavor combinations is a S’more. These bars are a sweet, gooey, combination of a s’more but tweaked with the an extra layer of sugar cookie goodness! These are the next thing you have to make so let’s get our ingredients and bake!

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 cake pan with non-stick spray. In a small bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar…

In another bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder…

In the bowl of a stand mixer combine 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup butter and beat until creamy…

Add the egg and vanilla and mix until just combined. Slowly add in the flour mixture until well combined…

Gently spread the cookie dough on top of the graham cracker crust…

Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the cookie dough. Then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top…

Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool several hours before cutting…

S’mores Magic Bars
 
Ingredients
  • 9 Graham Crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¾ Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, room temp
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¾ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1½ cups Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 cake pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix and press into the bottom of your pan.
  3. In another bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine ¾ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup butter and beat until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until just combined. Slowly add in the flour mixture until well combined.
  4. Gently spread the cookie dough on top of the graham cracker crust. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the cookie dough. Then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
