 - 2/3 cup Half and Half
 - 1-12oz bag White Chocolate Chips
 - 1- 7oz jar Marshmallow Creme
 - 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
 - 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
 - 3 Tablespoons Red Food Coloring
