Red Velvet Fudge

Hi! Its Meghan from Cupcakes with Sprinkles! Red Velvet Fudge. Its rich, sweet, and oh so creamy. It has the red velvet flavor we love complimented by a white chocolate.
Simple and DELICIOUS Red Velvet Fudge! {Cupcakes with Sprinkles}
Lets get everything we need so we can make this delicious fudge! Prepare a 9″ pan by lining with tin foil and lightly spraying with cooking spray.

Ingr for Red Velvet Fudge

In a heat proof bowl put your semi-sweet chocolate chips and food coloring. In a large saucepan combine the sugar, half and half, and butter and bring to a full boil over medium high heat. Make sure you stir constantly.

Red Velvet Fudge.

Stir until your candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees. Remove from the heat. Add in the white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until the chips are melted. Add in the vanilla and mix until well combined.

Red Velvet Fudge!

Pour half of the white chocolate mixture in the bowl with the semi-sweet chocolate chips and food coloring. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted.

Simple Red Velvet Fudge!

With 2 ice cream scoops alternate putting the 2 mixtures in the prepared pan.

Swirl with a lightly buttered knife and refrigerate until hardened.

  • 3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Half and Half
  • 1-12oz bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1- 7oz jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Food Coloring
