Recipe Scuz

August 12, 2011 by Bethany Sy

At the risk of being the only messy gal in the kitchen, I’m a self-proclaimed dirty chef. And my recipe suffers the most… floating around in my egg yolks, cocoa powder and other unidentifiable nastiness.

I just got back from the kitchen whipping me up some No-Bake Cookies, where I remembered I hadn’t blogged about my recipe holder my sweetie fashioned for me! After making projects such as this and this, I like to come up with creative ways to use clothespins to make my life easier AND to use up all the clothespins we have leftover!

So based on my grungy recipe dilemma, I made my case with the husband for what I wanted him to do (like I have to do with each project), and talked him into it! All he had to do was saw off the very tips of the clothes pin to make it short enough to fit under the cabinet, and then he just used Krazy Glue to adhere it to the cabinet!

Now my recipe stays crisp and clean, AND it hovers right up near my eye level! Cookies anyone?
