If I had to choose

July 23, 2010 by Bethany Sy

.
I’m adding to my list of favorite things.

If I had to choose just one item of makeup to use, it would be mascara…. and an eyelash curler. Does that still count as one item? Because technically an eyelash curler is more of a tool than makeup. Well you get the point. If I’m running late and only have a few seconds to upgrade my face to at least look human, you better believe I’m gonna slap on some mascara.

The curling of the eyelashes opens my eye up so much, and makes me look a little more awake. And alive. And the mascara takes care of the fact that I have CLEAR eyelashes. They are very… very blond.

I can see you.                just kidding!

I don’t care what anybody says… some girls just look better with makeup on.

I know I know… I need to tweeze.

I know I am your mom so it doesn’t count, but I think your eyes have always been gorgeous.

i am SO with you. my eyelashes are blonde/red and my eyes look SO small without mascara. i love my curler but my eyelashes are so long i always end up with mascara in my eyebrows (and on my glasses if i put them on too soon). thankfully if i catch it right away, it comes right off!

AND… i just don’t know if i could do without eyeliner as well.

We must be sisters because I feel the same way. Me + mascara = better looking person!
