It’s always humbling to be taken from my little rural acreage in middle-of-nowhere Iowa, and me magically transplanted for a few days to a beautiful hotel like this.

The vehicles were luxurious, the friendships with other bloggers were priceless, and the HGTV Dream Home was DREAMY.
We got to snoop around the house, take as many pictures as we wanted, and even relaxed in the living room and chatted with the designer, Brian Patrick Flynn. So many Pinch Me moments!

Nick and Brian Patrick Flynn were overjoyed to be able to look at each other eye-to-eye, seeing as they’re both nearly 7 feet tall. Brian was cheating in this pic on his tiptoes.
Nick and I stayed an extra day to explore Orlando and try out some local eateries. Would you look at this mosaic? Swoon!
Overall? SUCH A FUN TRIP! And it was the first time I was away from Cypress. We missed the girls soooo much! But also straight-up had a blast!
