        I know how you feel. We have been leaving our 7 month old chocolate lab outside during the day in our fenced in yard. We even have a screened in porch that has a built in dog door, so he can get out of the weather. Last night I came home to pieces of screen, wooden chair and chair cushion strewn across the porch. I can manage him bringing sticks onto the porch, but now he starting to destroy the porch. Ugghhh… I thought leaving him outside would be better for him, rather then leaving him cooped up in a kennel…

        You could bring him along tomorrow for a visit. We just put our 13 y/o chocolate lab down and I would LOVE to LOVE your little pooch!!!
