Cherry Cheesecake Brownies

Hi! Its Meghan from Cupcakes with Sprinkles! I am getting ready for school to go back and we have so many fun end of summer potlucks to go to, this is one of the desserts I’ve chosen to take! Its got a rich chocolate brownie base with a sweet creamy cheesecake top. There’s also the burst of cherry that adds to the deliciousness of this amazing treat! Perfect for a warm summer evening at home or a party!!
Cherry Cheesecake Brownies
Let get our ingredients and make some brownies!!
Ingredients for cherry cheesecake brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 inch pan with non stick baking spray or with butter and flour. Set aside.

Combine the cream cheese and sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
Filling for Cherry Cheesecake Brownies
Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until creamy again.

In a glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted.
Make these cherry cheesecake brownies
Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt and stir.
Cherry Cheesecake Brownies Recipe
Mix in the flour and eggs until just combined.

Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top. Then spread the cherry pie filling on top of that. Run your knife through the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Cool to room temp and then refrigerate until cold. At least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Topping
2- 8oz bars Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Brownie
1 cup Butter
6oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
2 cups Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs, room temp
1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1- 21oz can Cherry Pie Filling
