If you’ve been around the blog for awhile, you remember our Christmas Card Wreath that we crafted last year about this time. (it was one of those posts where I reeeeeally wanted to scream I’M PREGNANT but couldn’t because I was only 2 weeks pregnant). To those of you that are scanning this post and not really reading it: NO I’m not pregnant right now.
Anywho, over the last year, our “Christmas Card Wreath” turned into simply a Card Wreath… because it filled up with wedding invites, birthday cards, graduation announcements, and our favorite baby shower cards.
But alas, the time has come for us to “reboot” our card wreath and start anew! For we’ve received our very first Christmas cards this season!
I took it upon myself to remove all the cards from the last year, and went through them to decide what to keep for memory books and whatnot. Can you believe how tiny and pathetic that thing looks when it’s nakey nakey? And such a dirty mirror!
And this is when I start getting excited to receive Christmas cards from all our family and friends!! Bring ’em on!
Do you have a method for displaying all your holiday cards? Have you come up with your own creative way to display them? Have you made a non-traditional and/or functional wreath lately? Or any Christmasy crafts at all whatsoever? Me neither. So last year.
Adorable! I just use a store bought fabric Christmas card holder! It works but not near as cute and creative as yours. My 4 year old daughter and I did make snowmen using egg cartons. So easy and cute! Thank you pinterest for the idea!!!! Jill jillymarie08@hotmail.com
I have been searching for a good way to display cards. Genius!
