Tilling!

March 31, 2010 by Bethany Sy

The countryside is coming to life again! Our trees are budding, and you can start to see a faint shade of green in our predominantly brown yard. And I’m so excited to see what flowers sprout up in our flowerbed circling the house. It’s like a mystery waiting to be revealed!

We’ve begun to take strides in preparing for our vegetable garden. First things first… tilling up the earth!

Any ideas for how to keep our demon dog OUT of the garden?  Help!!!

My mom keeps the rabbits from eating her veggies by sprinkling them with massive quantities of cayenne pepper, which she purchases at Sam’s Club. That would probably keep him from eating them, but you might need to fence it to keep him from trampling them. 😛
