Cinnamon Roll Bread

Hi! Its Meghan from Cupcakes with Sprinkles and I have a really great cinnamon bread recipe for you. Sometimes I feel like I need a cinnamon rolls but they take sooo long to make. When I came across this recipe I had to try it. It was so easy. No yeast, so takes no time to make. It’s soft, sweet, and very cinnamony. Let’s get the things we need and make us some bread!

Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.

Cinnamon Roll Bread
 
Ingredients
Bread
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg, room temp
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream
Cinnamon Swirl
  • ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a bread pan or 4 mini ones with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. In a smaller bowl mix together the egg, milk, vanilla, and sour cream. Gently pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into your bread pans.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients. Spoon over the bread and use a knife to swirl.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.

    Just wanted to say that I tried this recipe out Tuesday night, and it was a big hit. Even my two-year-old, who won’t eat anything, loved it.
