There are TONS of amazing pictures of Nick with the girls over the course of the last year and a half… but there are only a handful of me with the girls. I’ve asked Nick to make a conscious effort to snap pictures of me with the girls more often
On this specific occasion, it was early in the morning, and the girls were abnormally clinging to me, and I’m all… ‘hey honey, look how I’m holding both the girls and the sun is enveloping us in it’s beauty, and one might consider this a photo opportunity… hypothetically of course’.
It’s one of my faves! Even though I’m looking a little nappy and stank.
Anyway…
The thing about toddlers is… they LOVE stickers. I’m not exactly sure why. And quite frankly I’m tired of finding them on the bottom of my socks, and in my hair while I’m at the grocery store. But they provide hours of peace and quiet entertainment for the tykes. And naturally, since painter’s tape is readily available in hour casa… the girls are constantly asking to play with a piece of tape. Apparently… if it’s sticky, IT’S A STICKER! No need for bright colors and sparkles.
See?
Happy Friday!
Love this video!! It’s great to hear Dell’s laugh. I also like to see you still using the Tangled wipes container I believe I gave you (?). The pic of you in the sun with the girls is so great. It captures everyday life perfectly 🙂
Love Cryst
Haha… YES! It IS the box of Tangled wipes you gave us. 🙂 It gets refilled weekly!
That video is too cute- love the laughs.
I think I just died of cutieness!!!
So cute! My 8-year-old daughter just invented a new reward system for herself. She earns “tape points” for being extra good. 1 tape point = 1 piece of painter’s tape. So far she hasn’t even cashed in because she’s “saving up,” and I’m supposed to be “keeping track.” 🙂
HA! LOVE that Ann. 🙂
Love the giggles! 🙂
So cute. That brought a little joy to my heart!
so no more reading your blog and eating lunch, I almost chocked on my salad when I read “stickers in my hair at the grocery store”. ha, ha. thanks for sharing, they are getting so big. so much fun! Mary in NY
Hahahahahah that’s hilarious when you say ouch. Dell loves it. They are getting so big and cute.
