Nancy’s Backsplash

January 11, 2011 by Bethany Sy

Let me start by apologizing for my lack-of-blogging lately. We’ve been tending to family emergencies, including but not limited to: a midnight drive to a not-so-close hospital to pick up our baby niece Kendall, and caring for Kendall for the next day and a half. Talk about a crash course in parenting! After which we immediately traveled to paint a backsplash. After which I immediately came down with the flu and have been vomiting ever since. Are these good enough excuses for not blogging for 5 days? Oh good.

NOTE: family emergency has been resolved and everybody is happy and healthy… except me i guess.

On to the important stuff! Nancy and her hubs were very understanding of our weekend conflicts, and were super accommodating with our schedule of events. They also have this great kitchen that they’re looking to give some new life to!! Nancy knew she wanted things to remain neutral, but with that being her only stipulation, she let us go to town on her kitchen! What a difference it makes!

NOTE: in the photo, the ’tiles’ look kinda blue/pink… but it’s all browns and grays. Time for a new camera!!
