A Shameless Plug

November 29, 2011 by Bethany Sy

What’s the difference between true creativity, and a poser? When I’m bored at home, I take a picture frame off the wall, and spray paint it orange. When my mom is bored at home, she plays with her fabric, thread, beads and buttons… and comes up with something like this:

Um, hello? Can you believe the detail?

And my girls were the lucky recipients of this boredom.

I couldn’t come up with something like this in a million years.

These stockings are the newest addition to our Etsy Shop! My mom has posted simple patchwork stockings, all the way up to these fancy detailed stockings!

If you want to place an order for one of these, you’ll want to do it soon… mommy wants to allow 2 weeks for completion… a LOT of time goes into these puppies! And you can choose any design! It doesn’t have to be snowflakes or paisleys, you can have candy-canes, stars, reindeer, whatever you want!! There you have it, a shameless plug for our Etsy shop and my mom’s natural awesomeness. And I’m not even mentioning all the cute baby/child items that would be perfect for Christmas gifts and stocking-stuffers! tee hee!

I have to admit that when I first saw your daughters’ stockings in a previous post, I sort of hated you! I mean, you are already SO talented, and now you make fabulous stockings too!?!?!? Good of you to give credit where credit is due! Your mom rocks. (And so do you!) Wish I had either one of your talents!
