HAPPY FRIDAY!

December 16, 2011 by Bethany Sy

Today I realized that the placement of the orange chair is perfect with regards to the Christmas tree! We didn’t give too much thought to where we should put our tree, but what a happy little accident! I love that the tree shows some in the corner of the pics!

I officially declare today National Pajama Day! I and the girls are all still wearing our sleepwear, and lovin’ it. OKAY, it’s true… I wear my sleepwear on most days. Oh yeah, and the girls usually do too. Ok fine, everyday is pajama day around here. I just didn’t bother to dress them up all cutesy for our weekly photoshoot. Consider it National LAZY Day! It’s been a long week of nothing-ness… accompanied by the knowledge that nothing is happening this weekend either.  I haven’t left the house since Saturday, and won’t be leaving the house again until a week from today. To keep myself from baking and eating and baking and eating… I’ve been working out everyday! No progress to speak of, but I’ll be keeping you informed on that matter. Let’s just say this is the worst time of year to try and lose weight. Especially for someone that LOOOOOOVES baking. Anybody else tackling a December-weight-loss? Strategies?

This is probably my favorite picture of your girls so far. Their jammies are so cute! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I love that you love sharing your life with everyone- been following your blog since this past spring, our babies are only 3 days apart so it’s interesting to see what they are all able to do and how big they’ve gotten! Anyway, this may sound completely lame, but what works for me is Just Dance 3 on the Wii. It has different levels of difficulty and exertion, and also makes me feel like I’m somehow regaining the dancing skills I had in college that have now escaped me as I tiptoe toward the end of my 20’s. It’s perfect because Cailyn can hang out on the floor with her toys or in the exersaucer and she loves the music, too. Good luck!

Ah, miss you baby girls! See you soon!

As for December weight loss, I just wait until the 26th to get my butt in gear.
I hate feeling guilty about enjoying festive foods and baked goods. IT’s CHRISTMAS!!!!
