St. Patty’s Kool-Aid Popcorn!
  • 12 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • ⅓ cup Butter
  • 1 envelope Kool Aid
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  1. Preheat your oven to 225 degrees. And pop your popcorn in a paper bag in the microwave using this method.
  2. In a medium saucepan put your sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes while constantly stirring. Remove from the heat and put in the Kool Aid and baking soda. Stir well.
  3. Pour over your popcorn and stir until completely coated. Bake in your preheated oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, spray parchment paper with baking spray. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
