Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a bread pan or 4 mini ones with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. In a smaller bowl mix together the egg, milk, vanilla, and sour cream. Gently pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into your bread pans.
In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients. Spoon over the bread and use a knife to swirl.
Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
