Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
 
Ingredients
  • 3½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 – 15oz can Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Water
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine the pumpkin, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and water. Beat until mixed. Add in the chocolate chips and mix to just combine.
  4. Pour into prepared bread pans and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 20 minutes in the pan and then turn onto a cooling rack.
